Coaching
Most leaders I work with aren’t lacking ambition. They’re lacking clarity. Or they’ve hit a ceiling they can’t quite name. Or they know what they want but unsure how best to get there.
My coaching clients tend to be one of the following:
I don’t offer a rigid framework or a prescriptive programme. Every client is different, and the best coaching is responsive to what you actually need.
What you can expect:
Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, conducted via Zoom or in person. I work with clients on a fixed programme or ongoing monthly basis, we’ll discuss what makes sense for you.

“Working with Pamela was very valuable at an important stage in my career. When we started coaching together, I was looking to step into a more senior leadership role and wanted to develop greater clarity around my leadership approach and ownership of the marketing function. Pamela helped me reflect on feedback, build my confidence as a leader, and think more deliberately about my leadership style. Alongside the personal development work, Pamela helped me think through the marketing strategy and organisational design I’d need to put in place as Marketing Director.
I was subsequently promoted, and the coaching helped me feel better prepared for the challenges and responsibilities that came with the role.

Executive coaching is a one-to-one professional development process that helps senior leaders, founders, and executives perform at their best.
Unlike mentoring (which is advice-led) or therapy (which is clinically focused), coaching creates a structured space for reflection, challenge, and action.
A good executive coach asks the questions others don’t, holds you accountable, and helps you see your own patterns clearly.
Pamela Brown is a Henley Business School-qualified executive coach and former C-suite commercial leader based in London. She has 20+ years of senior experience across BT, Centrica/Hive, Vodafone and Aira Group, works one-to-one with founders and senior executives navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, and ambitious goals.
Most executive coaches come from a psychology or HR background. Pamela’s coaching is grounded in real commercial operating experience, she has built brands from zero, run P&Ls, hired and led teams, and sat in boardrooms.
That means the coaching conversation is grounded in the realities of business, not just behavioural theory. Her Henley Business School qualification provides the rigorous coaching methodology; her career provides the commercial context.
Pamela works with founders building businesses from scratch, senior executives preparing for or settling into a bigger role, leaders navigating significant career transitions, and high achievers who feel something is still missing despite outward success. She works with clients across consumer technology, fintech, financial services, clean energy, and professional services.
Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, conducted via Zoom or in person in London. Pamela works with clients on a fixed programme (usually six or twelve sessions) or on an ongoing monthly basis.
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation to understand your goals and assess fit, there is no commitment attached to that first call.

The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call. This is an informal conversation — no pitch, no commitment.
